Consulting & Quality Control Background

Upon graduation in 2008, I entered the manufacturing sector as a Customer Service Account Manager for John Morrell. Following the economic recession, I transitioned into quality consulting with Stratosphere Quality (SQ) as a Project Supervisor. During my tenure, I managed nearly 50 projects and operated within more than 100 manufacturing facilities, primarily in the automotive sector.

A career highlight at SQ involved a major consolidation project for Stanley Security Solutions (SSS), where I assisted in merging two large distribution centers. I assisted management in the end-to-end process, from initial racking system staging to the final grand opening. My success in these high-stakes environments led to a promotion as a Corporate Trainer for the Honda account at Stratosphere Quality, where I specialized in onboarding and technical training for new hires.

Strategic Turnarounds & Startups

Following my time on the road, I returned to a consulting and contract-based model, focusing on organizational restoration. I accepted a challenging contract with Stanley Security Solutions to rehabilitate a warehouse that had been without leadership for three years. I developed and executed a strategic restoration plan, transforming three years of disorganization into a functional, utilized asset in just three months—a task originally projected to take over a year.

Most recently, I contributed to the growth of Lucid Motors, a luxury electric vehicle startup. Working across their assembly and warehouse facilities in Casa Grande and Tempe, Arizona, I held pivotal roles in Inbound/Outbound Data Operations and Sub-Assembly Quality Control.
